Ingredients

four kilos chuck roast, reduce into large portions

Garlic powder, kosher salt and sparkling ground black pepper (for seasoning the red meat)

three massive yellow onions, sliced

6 sprigs clean thyme

1 (12 ounces.) can beer

1 half of cups bbq sauce (your favourite kind)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon red meat base (I used Better Than Bouillon!)

half cup pork broth

12 onion rolls or kaiser rolls
